| Introduction | I am a wife, "mom" to cats, vegetarian/gluten free eater, daycare provider and food enthusiast. Days where I can turn on the oven, get lost in some music & turn on my beautiful orange KitchenAid mixer are my favorite days. I love to experiment with vegetarian & vegan recipes, and with a picky eater for a husband, I like to try and make things that he thinks he won't like into delicious meals. With the recent addition of a gluten intolerance, I have been trying to convert some of my favorite recipes into gluten free ones, testing gluten free mixes that can be found in stores and finding new gluten free recipes that taste delicious. I also spend my days running an in home daycare with my own little spin on preschool curriculum, and all vegetarian meals. I love to share the projects we work on, some tips on working with children based on my experiences and some of the kids favorite recipes. |
