| Introduction | Come live in these beautiful town homes built in 2002-2003. Located on the Bountiful/Centerville border. Our property is fully landscaped. Each unit is provided with a refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven, microwave and disposal. Our units have central air/gas heat. They each have an open kitchen with Island and a utility desk in the laundry room. Each unit has 2 reserved parking spaces, one covered and one uncovered. We have a children's modular playground, and on site storage units. We are located very close to Home Depot, Walmart and Target shopping centers. Pages Place is a NO PET, NO SMOKING facility. Our security deposit is $750, with $450 refundable. |
