| Introduction | Welcome to my blogspot. As I dream about the future and the conditions at each step of the way, I try to decide what I think is the best option. I'm limited by a lack of information and an ever-changing world that's largely outside of my control. My path is ultimately a chaotic combination of desire and luck that leads me in a direction that I never could have forseen. Right now, Mexico, the country and it's people, offer the best option for me that I can imagine at this point in my life. Circumstances could change. I can't imagine anything that could be better. I would truly like Ginny to join me in my adventures. She is not adventurous. So I go alone with her blessing. My fire was lit in 1975 when my Biology teacher, Richard Lehman, invited me on a venture to Tela, Honduras. I began my travels in earnest as an adult in 1993. I have guided many trips to various parts of Mexico and generally I take the road "OFF THE BEATEN PATH". However, I also enjoy the city for a short time. Since I am "off the beaten path" accommodations are whatever I encounter. Jump in! You're in for a ride. |
