About Me
Phil is President of the Austin Aztex Professional Soccer Club. The Aztex are a First Division franchise of the United Soccer Leagues and will begin play in 2009. In the Spring of 2008 the Aztex will field their U23 USL team as a prelude to the upcoming professional soccer debut. Rawlins is also an owner and member of the Board of Stoke City FC in the UK. Stoke is an active partner with the Austin Aztex club. Rawlins has chosen this blog as a way of communicating information to fans and sharing his thoughts on soccer.
