| Introduction | i decided to start this blog because most of my friends are really bad off and they all come straight to me for advice. having spent half my life with only councilors as conversationalists, I've sort of learned to mix the way they think with my own young adult point of view. so this will be my diary and there will be a few separate pages for questions and answers and i will give advice to the best of my ability. this page is based on mental and physical health, traumatic experiences, day to day issues and how to deal with them in a productive manner. |
