I'm a mom, a teacher, the project coordinator for The Leaky Cauldron, and when I hit 40 I realized there was more to life then being a size 3. I walked into my 40's wanting to focus on health and nutrition for a future with my family. I also wanted to make sure I did this in the best way possible, without drugs or surgery, but with little common sense and a lot of knowledge. This blog is about that journey!
