| Introduction | I'm a life long software developer and also, for the past several years, a software systems architect for Edgewater Technology, a software consulting company. Everything I need to know in life, I've learned from developing software. I focus on Microsoft technologies. My project roles vary depending on the assignment and project phase, and I enjoy all of them. Lately, I've been busy in my spare time heading up a couple user communities... most notably the Granite State (NH) SharePoint and Windows Phone Users Groups. I also enjoy working on my hobby project, Jimmy Sudoku, when I can. |

Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?
It depends on the problem. Flexible solutions are good for simple problems, and expandable solutions are good for complex ones. When it comes down to it, though, working solutions are the only ones that matter.
