| Introduction | If planning a wedding wasn't time consuming enough, I've made the brave decision to run the Flora London Marathon the week after my wedding! April 2009 is going to be a busy month, that's for sure! So why have I started this blog? Well, two reasons really: 1) To get me in the mood, otherwise I might end up doing a 'Jade Goody' which is never a good thing! For any of you who are sure of this reference, she pulled out of the London Marathon only a few miles into it. 2) Because I hope it may help some other people out there who feel just as bemused as me as to how they are actually going to fight the voice in their head that says 'you don't have to go out running tonight, you've got a wedding to plan, tea to cook and a house to tidy. I'll go tomorrow'! So there you have it; the mission! Get down the aisle and get around a 26.2-mile course! |
