| Introduction | My husband and I share our home with two dogs, Abby and Rosie, and three cats, Angel, Gidget and Lola. I author 2 blogs: The Cat/Dog Log, and Living well naturally. The purpose of the pet blog and Living Well is to provide ways to reduce your exposure, as well as your pets, to chemicals and preservatives in food and the environment. The Cat/Dog Log was inspired by the dramatic improvement in my dog Abby's skin allergies after changing her diet to an all natural and raw food mix. I also saw a real improvement in my cat's health after they were switched to an all natural and raw food diet. Living well provides tips for a healthier life, including topics on health, diet, exercise, chemical-free home products, as well as for your garden and yard care.
