| Introduction | I'm an HR Professional with 15+ years experience. If ever I sound cocky, don't let me fool you - I am acutely aware of all the mistakes I make. If ever I sound like I take my work lightly, don't let that fool you either. I do in fact consider every employee with deep compassion but irreverance is a coping mechanism for me.
