Introduction	I am mostly harmless and mostly happy (latest polls are 96.8% happy). I say most of what I think; which is often what others also think but are afraid to say or to ask (I am rather snoopy). I mean well and always want to help, perhaps too much so (I am a recovering codependent). I used to be a very believing LDS/Mormon (not anymore). I love to write and to run but just what I am running (or writing) from, or to, remains unclear at present; most likely myself is my guess. This blog is for me to record and work out my thoughts, views, and opinions on Life, The Universe and Everything. Also this place and space is for my children. Herein I hope to record some of the day to day life experiences of myself, and of our family, so that they may occasionally review and remember our, and their, experiences together. Writing is also my preferred form of processing and therapy. So pull up a chair and don't mind the padded room -- the guards serve sugar-free jello at exactly 11:11 (hello my Konstantine).
