| Introduction | What is this whole yoga thing it to me? Everything. A way of life. It's a powerful tool to see mySelf & to let Self love blossom. It's been the driving force of so much positivity. As I study these ancient teachings, I realize that my mom & grandmother were my first yoga teachers. Seeing the good in everything & unconditional love are there messages. In university I had my first taste of yoga philosophy in 2001. While I find great solstice in rolling out my mat & doing yoga poses ~ embodying the teachings is my calling. I feel so blessed to have had a mentor work close with me. She's helped me see mySelf in ways I never imagined. Shown me a glowing example of embodiment, trust in the Divine plan & intuitive teaching. She's helped to refine my skills as a teacher, a facilitator & in the way I show up every day. Ally Bogard owns & runs Gaiatri Yoga, where I have inherited the role of facilitating YAA certified 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings. Putting my passion first with trust that all will be taken care of when I operate from love, I have been able to run workshops & yoga retreats all over the world. All born of pure, unconditional love & trust. |
