| Introduction | All views expressed on my blogs are my personal views and not those of any organization I am affiliated with. Hi, I am an Intellectual Property (IP) attorney in India. I was a patent agent with limited recognition to practice before the US patent office. I write my blogs to focus on the inter-disciplinary aspects of IP and other laws in India. My aim is to increase awareness about IP law issues and in particular patents in India. Prior to pursuing a career in law, I was a project co-ordinator/field application engineer at ST Microelectronics in their Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) department and a business associate with SIFY. When I am not mulling over various forms of IP laws, I play chess or other strategy based board games. |
