About Me

I'm currently an an undergrad working towards a dual Zoology/Conservation Biology degree (minoring in Ecology and Anthropology), I plan to go to grad school and eventually become a professor. I love field research. Things to know about me: I grew up as an Army brat, I'm a coffee addict, I'm a horrible driver, I love to be outside, and I put ketchup on my salad. I have a talent for untying knots, I have been known to stockpile Sweet & Low from fast food restaurants, and I miss old school Nickelodeon shows. I think those are all the vital stats. This is now primarily a personal "life as a biologist-in-training" blog, research and news posts will appear on my Nature Network blog, Endless Forms.

When you've got water stuck in your ear, how do you get it out?

Tilt your head to that side, hop on one foot, and hit yourself on the other side of your head.
