Introduction	I'm an Urban Homesteader from Oklahoma where I am a mother first, a horticulturist, a chef, an alchemist, an Astrologer and a writer. I author my family from the garden to the table, teaching them about whole health nutrition, environmental awareness, sustainable living and organic gardening which is the heartbeat of The Fortress. I have been active in horticulture and passionate about food for nearly 20 years. I am a sustainable Homesteader and have practiced natural parenting for 10 years. I have contributed to magazines, publications and online journals. I have worked as a professional chef at the University of Central Oklahoma and at retreats and special events. I curate homegrown herbal products from our organic gardens. I brew, sell and teach workshops about kombucha culture. I offer natal chart analysis for families, couples and individuals. I create one-of-a kind jewelry and repurposed pieces. Questions, comments and consultations can be arranged through email.
