Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I don't wear a scarf because I live in freaking FLORIDA. It's HOT here if no one's noticed. And when it's cold, it's seldom cold enough for a scarf. On the very few days it's been chilly enough here for a scarf, I've worn one.
