About Me

I live in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan. I was born in a small village. The village was in a blackberry garden therefore everyone used to call it Janat (Eden). I had very small world in my mind during childhood and my life in the village. But I did not spend all of my life in that Janat (Eden).We came to Kabul when I was very small but I remember that I thought that a fortunate man is someone who knows farming, gardening, swimming and other villager activities. Coming to Kabul everything changed in my life. I started at school and wished to become the best student of my school and thanks to hard work I succeeded. Once I was in school my father called me Doctor because he wanted me to study medicine. Unfortunately my studies had to be put on hold when the civil war began in Afghanistan. That was 1992. I no longer have an interest in medicine. Now I want to continue my reporting. I want to let the people of the world know what life is like in Afghanistan and I want the people in Afghanistan to know what life is like in other countries.
