Introduction	I've been on a quest for the technology and functionality for our business that gives our buyers the best experience. While many promise the sky, they often deliver a mud pit. I've worked with many companies to get them to recognize the true needs of both buyers, and the Internet Retailers that serve them. Some have an endless roadmap that remains forever at the horizon. Others, deliver what they promise. This website has been created because TrueShip has turned out to be one of the companies that needs a nudge to head in the right direction. No company entertaining doing business with them should have to spend $1000 or more to find out it doesn't work - and endure condescending insulting attitudes on top of that once the price has been paid. Nor should a customer be "fired", and prevented from using the technology at all - just for complaining about the expense. All statements on this site are my opinion, and I assert my right to voice my discontent truthfully, the same as leaving feedback on eBay or Amazon.
