About Me
My name is Tamera (CEO of Pentad). I am a Registered Nurse (Norway), with a Master of Science degree in Nutrition. I began my doctoral work in Health Education in 2009. I also have a BA (from the U.S.), a degree in Social and Group Learning, and 8 years training within personal development. Outside of my background in traditional academics, I am an Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, and Karuna Reiki® Master/Teacher. I am also an avid practitioner of Chen Tai Chi. My years of clinical experience working with fantastic people led to the writing of the book, Absolute Bliss, which is primarily about "human relations". I extend my services beyond private practice, to public education/speaking and seminars covering my subject specialties. My objective is to educate and empower people toward well-being/health, and happiness.
