| Introduction | My name is Christopher Decker. I studied and received my certification from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Scottsdale. I have been working in the culinary industry for over 10 years. I have run several different kitchens throughout my career from grocery store delis to restaurants to corporate kitchens. My goal is to pass my extensive knowledge and expertise on to all of you. I have spent my life mastering the art of cooking. As a classically trained chef in today's modern society I see a lack of good quality food available to all and I want to do what I can to fill that void. |
