Introduction | I was introduced to a gluten-free diet in the year of 2000 when I owned a Brazilian Restaurant in Woodland Hills - CA. One of the customers used to come in frequently to buy the delicious Brazilian cheese rolls "pao-de-queijo" made with cassava flour because she was gluten sensitive and could not eat anything with gluten. Since then, I became very interested in learning more about the options that were available for gluten sensitive people. In 2008, motivated by my interest in nutrition and a passion for culinary arts, I started a business called Yummy Bites to produce and distribute the same delicious cheese bread rolls that were sold at the restaurant. |
