About Me

After a career that included being a Unitarian-Universalist minister, a massage therapist and a professional in the field of services for people with developmental disabilities, James "retired" to the NC coast with his wife Yvonne Sedgwick. They are now owner/proprietors of Wine & Words and The Back Bay Cafe in Belhaven, NC and Washington Wine & Gourmet in Washington, NC. Unless otherwise cited, James' opinions are his own.
