Introduction	So I'm seventeen and I like to bake. I live in South Louisiana and I'm like most teenagers I know-- busy. I don't often have time to do a lot of baking and documenting, but I follow a bunch of awesome peoples' baking blogs and I'd love to be amazing like those ladies one day. My dream is to go to a fancy culinary arts school and then open up my very own bakery!
