| Introduction | I grew up in rural Greene County Indiana and after graduating High School, spent a year at Purdue University before transferring to Ozark Christian College where I graduated with a degree in Biblical Literature. Before beginning my last semester I met the love of my life, Lisa. We were unofficially engaged at the end of our second date and married that summer. We moved to Lincoln, IL where Lisa completed her degree at Lincoln Christian College and I completed my MA in Counseling Ministry. It was here Lisa and I developed a strong passion for strengthening marriages and through our ministries grew to appreciate the importance of parents in the development of faith in their children. That brings us to our present ministry in Morristown, TN at First Christian as Family Minister and this blog. Lisa and I have three children, Corban, Callie, and Charissa. |
