About Me

Billsen is more than just a website, a few heckles and a pint of beer... No really! Like most people, I have a variety interests: Politics, Reading Books, Tailgating, Reading, Music, Festivals, Travel, Beer, Beer Festivals, Traveling to Beer Festivals, Listening to Music while Traveling to Beer Festivals… Oh yeah and Politics (I lean to the left in a way that serves to push truth with attribution – I’ll link to the source of a quote when possible.) I think Global Warming is a greater threat to our lifestyle than terrorism is. Weaning ourselves of gas and oil will solve both, anyway. Buy a hybrid. Take short showers. Use Compact Florescent Bulbs. Reuse, reduce, recycle! I'm part Scottish and Dutch, but officially I'm 1/2 Canadian, as my Mom was born and raised there. I was raised in NY, but moved to Atlanta in 1992 and I actually know how to make kick-ass Boiled Peanuts, which freaks out the natives. In sports, I loves my USC Gamecocks, The Atlanta Thrashers and The Atlanta Braves. As we all know, golf and Nascar SUCK.
