| Introduction | I am a thinker. I refuse to accept what is force fed to me. I respect our planet. I encourage freedom of choice. I believe that my body was designed for survival and if given the proper maintenance, will exceed what is expected of it by the traditional medical establishments. I believe an infant's immune system is immature at birth and needs the nourishing enrichment of it's mother's milk to develop not the onslaught of toxic chemicals present in the ever increasing number of vaccines being given. I purchase organic produce and try to practice the limitation of meats for a healthy diet. I support small, local farms. I have a child with multiple food allergies and I eat accordingly. I try daily to make changes to reduce my carbon footprint. I use recycled paper products. I only clean with natural sources, usually vinegar and water. I cloth diaper my child. I hate plastic and try to limit it's involvement in our lives as much as possible. I have a long way to go to be even remotely close to being the human being I want to be. |
