| Introduction | John Richards was born in Indianapolis Indiana, and raised all over the world. Spending most of his childhood in Europe due to his parents’ military affiliation, John has traveled to more than 17 different countries. In fact one of the highlights of John’s life was touring Berlin 2 months after the wall went tumbling down. Coming from a strong military family, John has always focused his life in helping others and has innate, outstanding leadership skills. In his early college years at Hopkinsville Community College, John helped create a Campus Video productions origination, and lead the Baptist Student Ministry as Campus President and Student Intern. Working at the community college, John realized the best way to communicate with people, no matter the case or person, was to relate to them on a personal, one on one level. Focusing on this philosophy, he led both groups into periods of growth. Then, while attending Western Kentucky University, he began to study Interpersonal Communication. Through this study John came to the realization that the business world needed to also focus on making local day to day business personal again. |
