About Me

I am an artist. Experimenting with many creative mediums throughout my life, I settled into pastel as my way to visually communicate. It all began with my first commissioned painting at the young age of 12 for a mere 5 bucks! Encouraged by this BIG prospect, I earned a BS in Applied Art and Design. The job as an artist allows me to play around with my many friends in the Northwest Pastel Society, and the Portland Plein-Aire & Studio Painters. My work has been published in the Best of America Pastel Series II and am represented by the Earthworks Gallery on the Oregon coast.
