| Introduction | I am a 20-something gal with several passions, the main obsession being Pole dance (or vertical fitness is you wish). I started this sport/dance style/most awesome activity EVER in February 2011 and haven't looked back since. I have been threatening to start this blog for months now, and my best friend (and instructor) finally convinced me that it was time. So here it is... Enjoy. :D |

When you hesitate before hitting snooze on your alarm clock, are you being lazy?
No... I believe that that hesitation is the perfect example of recalibration and consideration of how much time is really necessary for one to be ready to face the day... Also, maybe my bed is just to warm and cozy to leave... Lol!
