| Introduction | I was raised in Pennsylvania on books and sports, which are still my favorite obsessions. A cross country bicycle trip eventually lured my husband and I to Oregon, where we plan to stay despite the rain. I'm a fan of accents, raptor impressions, and impromptu songs and jigs. When I'm pretending to be an adult, I teach and tutor community college students, which I enjoy quite a bit.
