Introduction	I am the sum of my experiences. I'm a runner. I do well over 1,000 miles a year. I'm the 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012 Carteret County Beach Run Series Overall 10K Champion! I've qualified for the Boston Marathon in every marathon I've ran so far. I'm the head coach of the D.H. Conley Cross-Country Team. I'm also a huge DUKE fan. Let's Go DUKE!!! I grew up on the beach in Carteret County. I'm very laid back and easy going. I'm random. I want to travel to Alaska, Australia, Hawaii, Rome, Greece, Finland, London, Ireland, and Scotland just to name a few.
