About Me
Gardening became an interest in the 1970s when I lived next door to horticulture students. Then, as my work and family schedule allowed, I planted flowers, shrubs and a few tomatoes. It wasn't until retirement that gardening became a passion. I'm making up for lost time, though - gardening like a mad woman as many months of the year as I can.
