| Introduction | Female Navigators is a network that works to create awareness about the challenges and opportunities of young professional women in the workplace. We aim to change the public discourse from being based on biases and prejudices to a debate founded on rational arguments and respectful dialogue. By focusing on hard facts and concrete evidence, we seek to eliminate myths and misconceptions. Our goal is to engage women and men to debate, discuss and develop the frameworks for, and perceptions and possibilities of, young women in the workplace. |
