|Introduction||I love food! And I really love chocolate! I've been trying to lose weight for seems like my entire life, but earlier this year I realized I love cooking (which many times involves cooking with chocolate!). This new found love for cooking has helped me shed a few pounds without fad diets and I'm working on losing a few more!
I still enjoy eating out, but I've realized that that's not the only way to eat delicious food. So this blog is about me, trying to eat healthy without losing my mind. I don't cook 100% of my meals. I do indulge and give into my cravings many times but I realize now that it's all about balance. My solution: workout often and eat healthy most of the time. I give myself a full day off every week and break all the rules! You gotta live a little :P
