| Interests | Maria Eugenia has illustrated more than 50 books, for kids and adults, and her books have won prizes in Brazil and abroad, such as the Bologna Ragazzi Award in 2001. In 2004 one of her books was included in the White Ravens Catalogue. She has participated in many illustrations exhibitions such as the Society of illustrators NY annual show in 2005 and 2006, Bologna's Illustrators Exhibition in 2004, the Bratislava Biennial of Illustrations in 1999, 2001 and 2005.
