About Me

Divorced with one son and little hope of falling in love, again, which is fine since my priorities have changed as I have gotten older. Now, the most important thing for me is making sure my 10-year-old son gets a good education and learns all I can teach him about life. Though I still have goals in life, I am past the age of worrying about career. These days I think about having a small, comfortable, easy-to-clean home with a nice, big back yard, a big patio, a basketball goal, and a dog or two. I dream of playing basketball with my son, playing fetch with my dog, and enjoying fresh air while reading a print book or listening to an audio book. Even though I disagree with Korean claims on Dokdo and certain views on history, I think Korea is a great country with great people. I wish there were no Dokdo because it distracts from my studying the Korean language and culture. Anyway, life is too short, and I need to start enjoying what little of it I have left.
