| Introduction | The reason for the creation of this blog is...... I am currently developing the Architecture & Design market for Fabric Images out of our New York (Brooklyn) office. I have a somewhat diverse background in business and market development in the design industry as well as an interest in innovative materials. Prior to joining Fabric Images, I was Director of Client Relations at Bresslergroup, an award winning industrial design firm. Also held senior positions at GE Plastics, Material ConneXion, DDCLAB and DuPont businesses Lycra® and Tyvek® with emphasis on unique materials and technologies. At both GE and DuPont, I successfully developed markets for several proprietary material technologies. I have 20 years of sales, marketing and product development experience with leading brands including Nike, Apple, Levi Strauss,GAP, Motorola, Tupperware and Nokia. Design industry experience spans Product, Fashion and Architecture. I have a Masters Degree in Marketing from Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Marketing/Finance from Kean University. |
