| Introduction | I make new things out of old things while listening to This American Life, hoping to save the world by upcycling vintage textiles … one tattered tablecloth at a time. I’m a former Californian now living in a small town in the Pacific Northwest where my vocabulary has expanded to include terms such as ‘summerweight down comforter’ and ‘sun break’. Sometimes it’s raining in the front yard while the sun is shining in the backyard. That took some getting used to. Likes: Magazines, dessert and number 2 pencils Secret skill: I am a gifted parallel parker. I was named after Amy in Little Women. |
