Location Netherworld, where they think Internet is something you fish with, Northumberland, United Kingdom
Introduction After more than a decade working in the public sector in the North East of England, I became disenchanted by the complete lack of public service ethos, took the huff and left. In effect, I became worn out by the tax stealing wage-thieves that I was forced to share office space with. I now live in rural Northumbria, raise tolerable flowers in my garden, make good curry, brew superb home brew and shout at the TV a lot. It’s not all upside though. Periodically I have to wash my car and teach my students the difference between Adam Smith (the economist) and Alan Smith (the fake Premiership footballer). I love my family and my country, hate bigotry and any type of fundamentalism and hate the way moles wreck my lawn every winter.
