| Introduction | I was listed for a heart transplant on June 7, 2012. Thanks to a generous young woman and her family, my heart came on March 14, 2013! Recovery is exciting and gnarly, but by the end of summer I plan to run a 5K, hike the "Y" and the Timp Caves, and purchase a road bike. Things are really going that well and if I'm lucky, I still might get to live my life-long dream and grow up to be a back-up dancer for Janet Jackson. |
