| Introduction | I am a college student who loves arts and crafts, and hopes to someday write and illustrate children's books. Additionally, I am highly interested in art installation pieces that not only influence viewers, but are influenced BY viewers (e.g. Felix Gonzalez-Torres' "Untitled" (Portrait of Ross in L.A.)l, 1991. Someday, when I am less occupied by academic pursuits, I would like to create such installations; pieces which realize their purpose only as interaction with the world destroys (or otherwise alters) them. |
