Introduction	I have had many wonderful successes with young first-time buyers, older move-up buyers, and retiring move-down buyers. I have been pleased to earn the gratitude and even friendship of all ages of buyers and sellers of both residential and investment properties. I am very proud of the fact that so many of my past clients have referred their friends to me. I know quite a bit, but not enough not to listen to you, however many homes you have bought or sold. Whether you own many properties, are just starting to consider buying your first place, or are somewhere in-between, your input is essential.
Interests	My family, my neighbors, my country, the world, your friendship, your business.
Favorite Movies	Whichever my kids want to see, or my friends tell me I need to see, or my wife takes me to. Plus those that catch my fancy.
Favorite Music	I live in Austin. I love music. Period.
Favorite Books	'Origins of Time'- S. Hawking, 'Story of the Irish Race', The Harry Potter series on tape, 'The Three Musketeers', 'Black Arrow', various poets and philosophers, whatever I read to my kids when they were little.

I believe that forks were created by women to confuse their men at the dinner table. Men did bring the knives, however.
