Introduction	I am a cocktail, travel and Bikram yoga enthusiast, I know the 2 of the above don't naturally go together but life is about balance after all. I have worked for the last 19 years with wines and spirits and now head up the sales team at Marblehead Brand Development, the modern face of importation and brand development. I have been practising Bikram yoga for the last 6 years. My favourite cocktail in the whole world is a Gimlet, which I've been lucky enough to sample in many of the world's best bars, you will most often find me in a Bikram yoga studio sweating out the effects of the drinks industry. It's the yin and the yang!
