Introduction	I love food. I'll eat anything at least once - even if I don't like it, I'll try it again to make sure. I love to cook, I love to eat, I love to read and write about food. I am an English chef, currently living and working in Sydney's Inner West. My blog will cover news and reviews, as well as anything of note I find the time to make at home. Other than food, my interests include most sports (not AFL [yet]- I'm English), a very broad taste in music, and I'm increasingly finding myself a huge fan of street art. I plan to travel the world and taste everything it has to offer, before settling down either here in Australia or possibly back in England and opening my own Restaurant/Cafe, specialising in awesome desserts and pastries, with great coffee, and simple but great meals for those without such a sweet tooth!
