Introduction I'm a geek. I get way too excited about learning new things. I'm a "Jill" of many trades, only a "master" of some*. I love the smell of fresh sawdust as much as the smell of fresh strawberries. I can explain the risks of a butterfly spread as easily as the risks of white butterflies in your garden. I know the code for using PVC & ABS just as well as I do for using VBA with XML. I can make Excel dance like Fosse. I've owned as many tool belts as tutus. I'll play a paradiddle before I play a video game. My tools have more sentimental value than my jewelry. I can run faster in stilettos than my rain boots.  I know how to baste a turkey and a seam. I will quote an obscure article that I read two years ago, but I have no clue where my keys are right now. I know that cooking is an art, baking is a science and if I get really stuck, call Grandma. I think selecting a fertilizer based on it's N-P-K ratio can be as daunting as choosing a stock by it's P/E ratio.  I've learned that debugging a raised bed is equally as frustrating as debugging a program, sometimes more. I'm a bit of a gardening dilettante, but I'll keep trying.
