About Me

I was born on a spice island called Java, Indonesia (yes, like Java coffee and that's what it is famous for). I love hot and spicy food and spices in general. When I am not working, reading, going places, going to movies, gardening, or giving a speech in my TM club, I am cooking. In fact, I cook so much that my husband is totally lost if I leave home for a few days traveling. I cook all kinds of culinary dishes and they are all vegan: Indonesian, Thai, Japanese, Korean, Indian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Italian, Mexican, Persian, Lebanese/Middle Eastern, Malaysian, and of course, American.
