| Introduction | I am 27 years old and was diagnosed with celiac disease 9 years ago. I married to my best friend and dream man, Brandon, on April 4th, 2009. In January 2011, I gave birth to our first child, Benjamin, and am now a stay at home mom. I struggled for years with the gluten free diet, until December 10th, 2007 when I went completely gluten free for good. Mid-March 2011 I also became dairy free. Here is my journey. |
