About Me

I have an absolute passion for the arts and crafting. I particularly love rubber stamping, altered arts - in fact 'altered everything'! Working for a company specialising in the design and manufacture of rubber stamps for the world of art and crafts is simply a dream for me. It also satisfies another of my passions - travelling, as I get to attend Stamp and Craft Shows throughout the UK and even abroad for some of the Trade shows. I found rubber stamping in the early 80's whilst in the USA and I'm still hooked. I've given up any hope of finding a cure and have resigned myself to the fact that I have ink in my veins not blood. I live in the North East of England with my husband and my greatest friend - Diesel. He is the most hansom, charasmatic, all-black German Shepherd Dog officially known as Overglinns Brodie. My husband is pretty great too! My favourite time of the year is Christmas - I plan it all year long and nothing is too much trouble to ensure that it is a special time for all the family.

When you've got water stuck in your ear, how do you get it out?

I stand on my head!! Ouch!!!

• Anything by Sydney Sheldon
• Olivia Goldsmith and Tolkien. If I had to choose just one it would have to be The Hobbit.
