| Introduction | Adam Balick’s law practice focuses primarily on health law. In the health law field, he represents a broad array of health care providers in administrative, civil, and criminal proceedings arising from federal and state health laws and regulations, particularly fraud and abuse laws. He is a past Chair of the Delaware State Bar Association’s Health Law Section. Distinctions include being named one of "Delaware’s "Top Lawyers” Health Law Category, by Delaware Today Magazine, one of Delaware’s Top 75 "Power Lawyers" in Delaware Today Magazine, November 2004, and a "Delaware Super Lawyer" in the Health Law category by Philadelphia magazine and Law and Politics magazine, 2009 through 2012. He writes and speaks frequently on health law issues. |
