Introduction	I'm a fiction writer living outside Boston, a former English professor, and a Rhodes Scholar. I'm also the founding editor of The Drum, a literary magazine for your ears, publishing fiction and essays in audio form. When I'm not writing, I'm training as a competitive rower on the Charles River. My debut novel THE CLOVER HOUSE was published by Ballantine Books in April 2013. Interests	I am an active member of Grub Street Writers. I am not a native English speaker and thus mangle English idioms on a regular basis. I almost went to film school in Australia in 1982.
